High School Soccer Teams Earn National Academic Awards
This is the image for the news article titled High School Soccer Teams Earn National Academic AwardsPark Hill High School’s 2016-2017 girls and boys soccer teams earned the Academic Award from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America for maintaining at least a 3.25 grade-point average.

Nationwide, 333 teams earned the honor. PHHS is one of only 46 schools nationwide to receive the award for both girls and boys teams. The girls earned a 3.90 GPA, and the boys team earned a 3.67 GPA.

The PHHS girls soccer team members are graduates Jenna Winebrenner, Meg Feeley, Brooke Witherby, Andie Powell, Kylie Aulgur, Victoria Harter and Karli Petrillo; seniors Kelbey Emerson, Chais Wright, Alison Walls and Emily Goldsbury; juniors Sarah Hibbeler, Aleece Noble, Ayana Weissenfluh, Morgan Young, Shannon Kauffman, Savannah Gay, Ashtin Gravley and Mackenzie Sackuvich; and sophomores Dragana Andonovski, Grace Wineinger, Payton Watson, Alyssa Ramos and Emma Hoover.

The PHHS boys soccer team members are graduates Erik Goodwin, Stephen Waldon, Abraham Abenezer, Paulo Murguia Jr., Ryan Long, Elliot Hamilton, Nicholas Bosmediano, Kyle Timmerman, Matt Rodrigues, Alec Goodwin, Jackson Foutch, Rollin Abbott; seniors Gabe Rau, Jackson Turner, Jack Lowe and Jackson Elder; and juniors Chris Munoz, Aaron Simpson, Damon Borrayo, Jackson Austin, Stefan Derra and Gabe Smith.

Josh Marchbank is the PHHS boys soccer coach, and Brandt Bell is the PHHS girls soccer coach.
