Hot Meals for Park Hill Students

This is for split-mode hybrid or Park Hill Online students who wish to order a hot lunch and cold breakfast for pick up at an assigned location. Daily meal orders may be placed up to seven days prior to pick up or by 7:30 a.m. the day of. You must place an order separately for each day you wish to pick up a meal.

  1. Go to and log in or create an account. If creating an account for the first time, you will need your student’s ID (S) number. This number can be found on the Infinite Campus parent portal under your student’s picture or by calling the Nutrition Services Office at 816-359-4090 during regular business hours of Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
  2. In SchoolCafe, you will see “Place Order” under each student’s photo.
  3. Press "Place Order"
  4. Select the date that you will pick up your meal
  5. Select Lunch
  6. Click on Zone
  7. Click on Hot Meal (this indicates the school where you must pick up your meal)
  8. Click Add under the Meal Description
  9. Review your order and under Special Instructions, if you have children who are not enrolled in Park Hill that you wish to order a meal, you will need to enter their name(s) in the box.
  10. Click "Place Order"
  11. The Zone listed on your confirmation is your pick-up location
  12. You will need to have your enrolled student’s ID badge or ID number for pick up – students do not have to be present
