School-Year Program
Adventure Club for the elementary students and Prime Time for the middle school students, provide a safe, happy, caring and structured environment where students have an opportunity to learn lifelong skills in recreation and social behavior.
Students choose activities based on their interests and skill levels, with choices that include art, crafts, drama, science, indoor/outdoor games, homework opportunities and quiet time. These activities occur individually and in small- or large-group settings.
Non-School Days, Early Release Days and Program Closed Dates
Non-school days and elementary early release days are included in your monthly fees if you are signed up for the school-year program. DO NOT sign up for the Non-School Day Only program if you are registering for before and/or after school care.
Below is a list of the non-school days that have been approved for the 2023-24 school year. These dates are for students who are enrolled in Adventure Club, Prime Time or the Non-School Day Only programs. These days include school holidays, conferences and inclement weather for elementary and middle school students. Students are provided a safe, supervised, fun-filled environment in which they will experience arts and crafts, special projects, games, recreation and much more.

NON-SCHOOL DAY ONLY
A Non-School Day Only schedule provides care for families on the days that school is not in session and the program is open. These days include school holidays, conferences, and inclement weather days for elementary and middle school students. Fees are charged only if the student attends the program. A sack lunch with a drink is required on all non-school days. The non-school day program hours are 6:30am-6:00pm.
A $60 registration fee per student is due at the time of enrollment. Tuition for non-school days is $60 per full day. Scheduled early release days and half days are not included in the Non-School Day program.
INCLEMENT WEATHER DAYS
If school is canceled because of inclement weather, Adventure Club and Prime Time will be open. Please see the combined locations below. Please also send a sack lunch and a drink with your student on all non-school days and inclement weather days.
If it is an AMI day students will have time to work independently on their schoolwork. Because the limited staff will be assisting students who have many different teachers and expectations for the day, they might not be able to ensure that all students complete their work while they are in Adventure Club.

During the Summer
Summer Day Camp
Summer Day Camp is a full day program available to students during the summer months. If your child is attending during the Summer School session, they must also be enrolled for Summer School. The location your child will be attending during the weeks of summer school will depend on the space available at each location.
Summer Day Camp provides a safe, caring, and structured environment where students have an opportunity to learn lifelong skills. The program will be located at each of the elementary summer school sites for students who have completed kindergarten through 4th grade, Congress Middle School for students who have completed 5th through 7th grade.
If your child is attending during the weeks of Summer School, they must also be registered for Summer School. All Summer Day Camp students will be required to attend Summer School even if they attend another school district during the year. Summer School forms will need to be turned into the elementary school the child is attending for the summer.
When registering your student, you will be choosing the weeks that they will be attending. Once your registration is submitted, you will not be able to make changes to your choices. If your student does not attend a week you have registered, you will still be obligated to pay for that week.
Program hours are 6:30 a.m. - 6 p.m. and will provide care before and after summer school. All programs and offices will be closed on June 19th and July 4th.
