Health Services will create safe & welcoming spaces by maintaining an open-door policy for all people.  Health Services staff will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure all people feel safe, welcome, and heard without judgment to meet their mental/physical/emotional needs.

Health Services will cultivate meaningful connections by providing a high-trust, low-stress, safe and inclusive space where all students, families, community & staff feel a sense of belonging.

Health Services will create a culture of accountability by being transparent about our practices, advocating for students and engaging in courageous conversations.

Health Services ensures inclusive representation with intentional and meaningful DEIB practices through multidisciplinary collaboration to provide care for the whole school, the whole community, and the whole child.

Health Services will engage in purposeful learning and conversations by participating in the district’s ongoing DEIB work and listening to feedback from families to ensure we are meeting the needs of all people.

Health Services will honor the stories of our Park Hill Community by actively listening as people share their feelings, concerns & health needs without judgment.
