Viewing Information for Multiple Students
Campus Parent displays information for one student at a time. The selected student’s name and photo appear in the top‑right corner of the screen. To view another student’s information, select the name to choose a different student from the list.

Once selected, Campus Parent will continue showing that student’s information until you choose another.
Viewing Attendance
Attendance information in Campus Parent is updated throughout the day based on teachers taking attendance. Attendance is not considered final until it has been reviewed and processed by the school attendance secretary.
Because of this, attendance may appear temporarily incorrect during the school day. For example, if a student arrives late after being marked absent, the absence may still appear until it is processed later in the day.
Viewing Attendance
- Select the Attendance tab from the main menu.
- A list of absences and tardies for the selected student will display for the current term.
- Use the buttons at the top of the page to view attendance from past terms.
- Select a course or entry to view additional details.
If you have multiple students, be sure the correct student is selected at the top of the screen when viewing attendance information.

Viewing Attendance in the Calendar
You can also view attendance using the Calendar tab.
- Select Calendar from the main menu.
- Select Attendance at the top of the calendar.
- Days with an attendance event will be marked on the calendar.
- Select a day to view attendance details.

Reporting an Absence
Families and guardians can use Campus Parent to notify the school when a student will be absent or arriving late.
Submitting an absence request does not automatically update attendance. Requests are reviewed and processed by the school office.
How to Submit an Absence Request
- Select More from the main menu.
- Select Absence Requests.
- Choose the student for whom you are submitting a request.
- Select the reason for the absence.
- Choose the absence type:
- Full Day Absence – for an entire day or multiple days
- Arrive Late – for a late arrival
- Enter the date or date range and, if applicable, the arrival time.
- Enter a brief comment explaining the absence.
- Select Submit.
Your request is sent to the school office for review.

Viewing or Deleting Submitted Requests
To view requests you have already submitted:
- Select More from the main menu.
- Select Absence Requests.
- Select View Requests.
Requests show a status:
- Submitted – not yet reviewed by the school; can be deleted
- Processed – reviewed by the school; changes require contacting the school
Only requests with a Submitted status can be deleted.
Important Notes
- Absence requests are not immediate and may not appear in attendance until processed.
- If your student is not listed, or if you need to make changes to a processed request, contact your student’s school.
This optional video demonstrates how to submit an absence request in Campus Parent; written steps are provided above.
Viewing and Printing Report Cards
Report cards for elementary, middle school, and high school students can be viewed and printed in Campus Parent.
How to View a Report Card
- Select Documents from the main menu.
- If you have multiple students, select the correct student at the top of the screen.
- Use the dropdown to select the school year.
- Choose any available report card option from the list.
- The report card will open as a document for the most recent reporting period.

Once the report card opens, you can:
- Save the report card to your device, or

How the report card opens (in a new window or as a download) may vary depending on your device or browser settings.
Viewing Grades and Assignments
Families can view in‑progress and posted grades for middle school and high school students in Campus Parent. This section explains how to view course grades, assignment details, and missing assignments for secondary students.
Grades shown in Campus Parent reflect current course performance and may change as assignments are scored.
Note: Report cards for all grade levels are available in the Viewing & Printing Report Cards section above.
How to View Grades
- Select Grades from the main menu.
- If you have multiple students, select the correct student at the top of the screen.

Viewing Assignment Scores and Categories
Selecting a class allows you to view more detailed grade information.
- Grades may be organized into categories (such as homework, quizzes, or tests).
- Each category shows the student’s overall performance for that group of assignments.
- Selecting a category displays individual assignments and scores, if available.
Understanding Weights
Teachers may assign different weights to assignment categories. If one category is weighted higher than another, assignments in that category have a greater impact on the overall course grade.
Finding Missing Assignments
Missing assignments may be flagged under Grades, but are easiest to view from the Assignments tab.
- Select Assignments from the main menu.
- Assignments from all classes will display by date.
- Use the Missing button to filter to show only missing assignments.
- Use the Current Term button filter to hide assignments from past or future terms.
