All digital tools used for instructional purposes must be reviewed by Technology Services. As part of this review, we evaluate factors such as the application’s privacy policy, terms of service, technical quality, and overall alignment with district expectations for protecting student, staff, and district data.
Because instructional needs vary by course, classroom, and grade level, teachers may use different tools that offer similar functionality. Applications are reviewed for safety and compliance, and teachers select the tools that best support their instructional goals while meeting district requirements.
