Why is Park Hill checking every student's residency?
Missouri law requires that we only educate students who live in the Park Hill School District. Each year, all families must provide proof that their students live in the boundaries of Park Hill.
When do I turn in my documents?
You may upload your documents via the online enrollment/verification form. If you are not able to upload documents, you may bring them to your student’s school once the buildings reopen, or contact your school office for alternate delivery methods.

How do I find digital copies of documents for uploading to the online enrollment form?
Many utility companies, mortgage banks and agencies provide downloadable digital copies of bills and forms on their websites. If you have a physical copy of a document, you can scan it or take a photo with your smartphone and upload that to the online form. Make sure images are well lit and easy to read.
What are some helpful websites?
Do I have to share the financial information on the documents?
No. Feel free to hide the financial information on the documents that you present as proof of residency.
What will the district do with the documents?
All records that we keep about your family will be stored in a secure location to prevent unauthorized access.
Will I need to verify my student's residency every year?
Yes, we will verify each child's residency every year. If your family has a lease that is month-to-month or expired, we will ask you to provide current utility bills during the school year.
What if I have students at more than one school?
If you upload online, your documents will be visible to all your students’ schools. If you are bringing physical documents to a school, you may turn in all your residency forms at one building. The office will share your information with the other schools.
