Counselor

Mrs. Brunk is the Tiffany Ridge school counselor. She comes to Park Hill from Liberty Public schools where she worked as an elementary counselor for nine years and prior to that was an elementary counselor in Belton, MO. Mrs. Brunk earned a Bachelors degree from Morningside College in counseling psychology, a Masters degree from UMKC in school counseling and guidance and a doctoral degree from Baker University in Educational Leadership. Additionally, Mrs. Brunk is certified as a school-based registered play therapist (SB-RPT). During her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with her husband and two daughters.

Mrs. Brunk is excited to partner with students, parents and teachers to help ensure all students reach their full and unique potential. Some of the ways in which the school counselor works to support students is through classroom guidance lessons, short-term small group/individual counseling sessions, collaboration with staff to coordinate student support and consultation with parents. Mrs. Tee is a half time school counselor at Tiffany Ridge Elementary. She came to Park Hill in 2022 from the North Kansas City School District where she worked as a middle school art teacher for 10 years. Mrs. Tee earned her bachelor’s degree in art education, a master’s degree in school administration, and another master’s degree in school counseling from the University of Missouri – Kansas City. Mrs. Tee is currently working towards a certificate in play therapy at MidAmerica Nazarene University. 

During her free time, she enjoys cooking and fishing with her husband and their three daughters. Mrs. Tee is bilingual. She speaks English and Vietnamese. 

Mrs. Tee is very thrilled to work with students, staff, and families at Tiffany Ridge to ensure that all students will have a successful future.
