The Park Hill High School Trojan TV News staff earned recognition as a finalist for the Pacemaker from the National Scholastic Press Association for best news program. About 50 schools applied for the award, and only 15 were selected as finalists.
Judges scored the finalists based on their program's strengths, weaknesses, technical quality and story quality.
