Online Registration Dates and Information

IMPORTANT INFORMATION  Park Hill’s Adventure Club strives to provide high quality, safe before-and-after school care for students. To meet that goal, we are subject to standardized staff-to-student ratios at each school site. At this time, the Adventure Club Program is able to guarantee a limited number of slots at each site during enrollment. All other registration forms will be honored as quickly as possible. We will continue to strive to meet parents’ need to high quality, safe before-and-after school care for students. Please enroll early! Registration must be competed 3-5 days before requested start date. We will try to start students as soon as possible but may have to delay start due to field trips or other pre-planned activities.

Registration dates- 2020/21

Summer Day Camp and Pre-K Summer Adventure - March 24th @6:30am

Adventure Club and Prime Time - To be decided at a later date

Families currently enrolled in Adventure Club/Prime Time will be able to register during the week prior.  Dates will be according to the child's location for the 20/21 school year.  Additional information will soon be provided by email and from your Site Manager.



Registration must be made on a computer or tablet at least 9 inches in size, you will not be able to register on a phone

Use the Parent Portal to the left to start your registration process.  You will be entering the EZChildtrack Parent Portal.
 Do not use your Infinite Campus login information.


   Families that are currently attending Gerner Early Education Center will need use a different email address then the one you used with your Gerner account and will need to put the street address in "quotation marks".  Without these "fixes" the system will think you are duplicating a registration and will send an error message.   All registration is completed online.  Please contact the office at 816-359-5006 or email
