Highest Level of Quality
The Park Hill School District is a Quality Texas Foundation Regional Program (QTFRP) Highest Level of Quality Award winner. The award recognizes organizations based on best business practices following the National Malcolm Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence.
The honor, which advances organizational excellence and competitiveness in the region, is the highest-level quality award in the district’s history. Park Hill is the first K-12 public school district to receive the regional distinction in 12 years. The district won the state-level Missouri Quality Award in 2009 and 2015, becoming the first public school district to win the award twice.

Best ACT Scores in Kansas City
Our 22.4 district-wide ACT composite score is the highest in the Kansas City, Missouri area for districts that provide the test to every student.
Top High Schools
Both Park Hill and Park Hill South high schools rank in the top 25 of all Missouri high schools, according to U.S. News and World Report.
Three Perfect ACT Scores
Three Park Hill South High School juniors earned a perfect score (36) on the ACT. Congratulations to Sylvia Nguyen, McKelvey McDaniel and Austin Felton! According to ACT, their perfect scores put them in the top less-than-one-percent of test takers.
National Merit
Each year, we have several high school students named National Merit Scholars, National Merit Finalists and National Merit Commended students.
Award-Winning Buildings
The architects who designed Walden Middle School and our support services facilities won awards for making them efficient and sustainable.
Budget Award
Every year, we earn the Meritorious Budget Award from the Association of School Business Officials International for our transparency.
